    Sponsorship of the Room Drop Bags gains you not only exposure to the one room drop bag to the convention attendees, but two additional inserts into the bag at no cost. Your name, message, logo, and/or booth number will appear on the outside of the bag.

    Have a message? We’ll deliver it straight to the attendees at area hotels. Drop in an information sheet, a brochure, a pen, or creative gift to get your message to attendees.

  • NEW Hotel TV Screen Cling-ons — $38,500 gross
    This is the perfect sponsorship for those who want to make a “lasting” impression. TV Screen Cling-ons will be applied to the television screen in attendee hotel rooms. Peel it off and re-stick it over and over again. It’s an addictive toy for guests to fidget with.

  • Hotel Key Cards — $62,500 gross
    Sponsoring a magnetic striped hotel room key card will place your company’s message directly into the pockets of the show’s attendees. On average, convention attendees view their credit card-size hotel room keys seven times a day. This is an exclusive sponsorship.

  • NEW NADA Beads — $15,500 gross
    Grab hold of attendees with NADA Beads, customized to your colors and message. Handed out at host hotels during check-in, NADA Beads will bring the spirit of New Orleans to the NADA Convention attendees.

  • NADA-TV — $14,250–$37,440 gross
    NADA-TV, the official NADA Convention news program, features daily convention coverage, exhibit hall reports, and interviews. Reserve a commercial spot, and your commercial will be broadcast to major convention hotels, the convention center, and at least 10,000 dealerships across the U.S. and Canada. Your commercial will air once every hour, every day of the convention, increasing your airtime exponentially. Segment sponsorships available as well.

  • NADA-TV Tent Cards — $20,820 gross
    Grab the attention of attendees at their hotels. NADA-TV Tent Cards are placed in all convention hotel rooms, announcing channel information alongside your company’s message.

TRANSPORTATION
With over 100 buses transporting attendees to and from the show, this is an effective way to get in front of attendees.

  • Shuttle Bus Sponsorships — $2,500–$19,850 gross per bus
    More than 100 shuttle buses will carry your message throughout NADA’s 2009 Convention & Exposition as they transport attendees to and from the show. Adhere your company’s name/logo/booth number and message to the side of the bus. These buses will be seen throughout New Orleans, resulting in thousands of impressions to show attendees and the local New Orleans market. With various sizes, you can make the right kind of impression. A minimum purchase of five buses is required.

  • NEW Bus Headrest Covers — $3,850 gross per bus
    Make a lasting impression at NADA’s 2009 Convention & Exposition by sponsoring the more than 50 shuttle bus headrest covers on each bus responsible for transporting attendees to and from the show. Each time an attendee or exhibitor steps onto a shuttle bus, they will be greeted by your company’s name/logo/booth number on the headrest cover of that bus. Sponsorship includes production of two-color design, installation, and removal.

  • NEW NADA Health Pavilion Sponsorship — $75,000 gross
    NADA’s Lifestyle Lounge draws a huge crowd every year to take advantage of lifestyle pampering and services. This year’s Health Pavilion, themed after the host city, will contain services such as bone density scans, cholesterol screenings, and more. Sponsorship includes signage, a leave behind of your choice, and your company’s logo on the printed reports handed to each visitor of the Health Pavilion.

  • NEW Rotating Kiosk Sponsorship — $3,300 gross per panel
    Gain more exposure during the four-day automotive industry event of the year. Advertise your message to power buyers and attendees by sponsoring the revolving advertising kiosk panels. Market your message and drive traffic to your booth. Each back-lit, rotating kiosk is designed with three-sided panels.

  • NEW Internet Cafés — $7,500 per Café
    The Internet Cafés located in the Convention Center are some of the most frequented spots of the show. Attendees can use the Internet for free to look up exhibitors, check e-mail, and catch up on national news. This exclusive sponsorship includes your company’s logo on the signage, the mouse pads at each computer station, and a screensaver. There are four Internet Café sponsorships available. Cafés will be located throughout the exhibit hall with six computer stations at each café.
