Who’s Calling: nailing down customer data

January 31, 2005—Who’s Calling, noted for tracking advertising efficacy with toll-free phone numbers, introduced Sales Catalyst at the convention today. The new program, now available to dealers, integrates consulting, services, tools, and training, and includes monitoring of incoming calls.

The phone call monitoring (done with the permission of the caller) is assigned to independent call centers that use keyword tracking and general sampling to help dealers focus on specific aspects of sales training.

Monitoring, according to Who’s Calling CEO John Stapleton, also allows his company to push process through the dealership by tracking any planned activity such as appointments, follow-up to questions and e-mails for communication and confirmation, enabling dealers to get to transaction points quicker.
